Celebrate the Harvest Season at the Port Austin Farmers Market!
There’s so much fall fun to be had! Kiddos can dress in their Halloween costumes and enjoy Trick-or-Treating Around the Market. Watch Live Chainsaw Carving as one of our talented vendors creates one-of-a-kind works of art. Search the market to Find the Golden Pumpkin and win the prize inside! Cast your vote in the Vendor Costume Contest, or get creative and enter the Pumpkin Decorating Contest for a chance to win a prize.
Kids and adults can put their appetites to the test in the Pie Eating Contest and compete for the title of Port Austin Pie Champion! And don’t forget the Chili Cook-Off! Enter your best recipe to compete for the title of Chili Champ, or grab a tasting wristband to sample the entries and vote for the best chili in Port Austin!

Chili Cook-off
The Chili Cook-off starts at 10:30 and runs until 1:00pm. Visitors can purchase a $5 tasting wristband to sample the competing chilis and cast their vote for the best chili in Port Austin! Proceeds from the Chili Cook-Off will help support community events and activities at the Port Austin Christmas Market on October 24, 2026.
